Meet Kirstie Foley, 21, of Upper Darby, Philadelphia.
This blue eyed beauty became a blue eyed beast, Saturday, December 15th.
On this day, Foley and her 42 year-old mother were arguing.
Foley’s mother was in the bath, completely unaware of Foley’s level anger and evil, was blitzed while she bathed.
Foley, attacking like a land piranha, ferociously bit her mother’s hands and legs. As her mother fought back, her thumb became lodged between the teeth of the feisty fiend. Her thumb was severed from her hand, and thought to have been swallowed by Foley.
Foley continued biting. She bit through web of her mother’s hand between her thumb and index finger, which almost resulted in surgeons being forced to amputate the entire hand.
‘It’s domestic cannibalism,’ Upper Darby Superintendent Michael Chitwood told the Philadelphia Daily News. ‘We never found the tip of the finger. We don’t know whether she ate it or swallowed it.
‘Totally out of control. We don’t know if she was high on drugs or what.’
Foley is currently a fugitive, wanted by police for the horrifying attack, Chitwood said.
Foley was charged with simple assault, aggravated assaulted and harassment.
This isn’t the first bizarre and horrible biting attack in Upper Darby, a Philadelphia suburb, in recent years.
In 2009, a man nearly severed his fiance’s middle finger and bit her arm when she didn’t put cheese on his meatball sandwich.
What an ungrateful, disrespectful, and evil spawn!
Patrick is no stranger to the court system – he was in March of 2008 found guilty of criminal conspiracy and manufacturing, delivering or possessing drugs with the intent to manufacture or deliver. He was sentenced to two years of probation and a maximum of one year’s treatment at a long term residential in-patient substance abuse program, according to court documents.
Patrick the next year pleaded guilty to simple assault, for which he was sentenced to a maximum of 18 months of probation. Bench warrants were issued for Patrick’s arrest due to probation violations twice in 2009 and twice in 2010. The court filed multiple delinquency notices in 2011 and in 2012 for Patrick’s alleged failure to pay court fees.
Patrick was not the ‘ideal’ teacher nor role model for these children…
But I digress…
The father and paternal relatives of the little boy and his 3 year old brother, Daqwon, were distraught.
Patterson had just started to come between the visits of the boys and father, voiced many of the family members.
Tracy Merriweather, the boys paternal aunt, and Patterson’s next door neighbor in the 600 block of North 13th Street, claimed that she had become suspicious of physical abuse.
She said that during the summer, she had began to notice bruises and sres on her nephews. She stated that when she asked Patterson about the marks, Patterson stopped the children from coming over.
Her neighbors were unaware of the issues and some forgot she had children because the children were home schooled and never came outside.
The residents of West Poplar Apartments are left shocked.
But the Patterson family thinks that it was a mistake.
Patterson’s family says Dashawn’s death was an accident. “He had gotten a spanking. And then his condition got worse, and she called the ambulance,” Patterson’s mother, Shelby Frazier, said.
Ladonna Owens-Frazier, Patterson’s older sister, said, “I know deep down that Lashay and Christian didn’t mean for this to happen.”
Patterson and Patrick initially told police Dashawn had fallen off his bike. But they later said they had been teaching the boy school lessons at home, and they admitted to striking the child as punishment, Riehl said.
DaShawn’s father, Francisco Harris says he’s still hurting inside and trying to wrap his mind around what has happened.
Shaking my head don’t even BEGIN to describe the range of emotions I’m having with this one…
I am so sad that this child’s life is lost, but if the family was suspicious, why not do anything?
Now if you’ve read my blog long enough, you know how I feel about family duties…
And I think that this child’s family failed him…Miserably…
I mean…The cousin was right next door, and never just walked into the house and asked the woman what was going on?
Marcus Gibson, 23, at the local Wawa store when his drug deal went awry.
Around 5am, Gibson and Bellamy were sitting in a black Yukon in the parking lot of the Wawa store. They were approached by a man attempting to buy drugs. Gibson, feeling that the man was a little short, pointed a gun at the man, demanding that he go inside the store and get some more money.
The man went inside the store, and called the police to tell them that there was a man with a gun in the parking lot.
When the police arrived, they pulled Gibson and Bellamy from the vehicle to search them. Officers noticed that Bellamy was walking a little funny. A female officer was then called to the scene to search her.
Before the female officer began searching Bellamy, she admitted that she was indeed hiding something.
She said, ‘I have crack in my vagina.’
To the surprise of officers, she then pushed out 36 vials of crack that were inside of a bag.
The Upper Darby Superintendent of Police, Michael Chitwood said, ‘It’s true love in the ‘hood. Thank God the lady didn’t have a snake or a crocodile, or we’d really have been in trouble.’
Why do something this idiotic?
Now her entire life is marked because she chose to be a ‘ride or die chick’.
This will go down as one of the most epic things to ever happen in this young man’s life.
As much as I hate crimes of any sort, it’s quite hard not to either giggle, snort, or even possibly guffaw at this story.
David Edward McCosby, 53, was arrested by the Shenango Township Police Department in connection to the an incident which allegedly took place of August 27th. On the date of the alleged incident, a 17-year-old male was cutting grass at his residence on Hollow Road when he drove into the street to turnaround and went into the path of an oncoming vehicle. The maneuver apparently cut off McCosby because he preceded to get out of his car (apparently working with the one last nerve he had left), allegedly clothesline the teen off the mower and assault him.
Mr. McCosby then walked back towards his vehicle, stopping and kneeling down as if in prayer (a ‘Tebow’).” He then fled the scene.
