This lazy individual is a new age criminal.

Story didn’t prey upon women on the streets.

Story brought his victims to him, via Craigslist.

A woman from Madison, Tennessee reported to police that she was raped by a man that placed an ad on CraigsList.

She reported that she came to Nashville because she was answering and ad placed on CraigsList for a receptionist position.

The interview was conducted in Story’s home.

She told police that as she reached into her purse to retrieve her resume’, Story overpowered her and assaulted her. Once she got away, she drove to Skyline Medical Center where the hospital staff called authorities.

Police immediately went to Story’s home where he was promptly arrested.

Police say that Story admitted that he falsely placed on ad on CraigsList for the purpose of luring women to his residence.

Story remains in jail on a $425,000 bond and is facing three counts of rape, one count of sexual battery and one count of aggravated kidnapping.

The police investigation is continuing…

Woman Claims Rape Because She ‘didn’t enjoy’ Date…..

Meet Lynette Lee, 27, from Clarksville, Tennessee.

Lee initially told police officers at a local hospital that she was raped by a man that she met on the online dating site meetme.com.

Agreeing to meet up, the two of them went to an unknown location, where the man then removed his clothes and forced her to have sex with him, despite her desire not to.

Investigating the story, police interviewed the man, who quickly told them that the allegations against him were not true.

He said that he did meet with Lee and on the second date, they have consensual sex. He was under the impression that they had a good time because she made further arrangements to meet again.

Police contacted Lee again who reiterated the same story as before. But shortly after, she asked them to drop the charges and admitted that the incident had been completely made up .

Police a Lee told them she made up the story ‘because she didn’t enjoy it and it was bad’.

She was charged with making a false police report and held on a $2000 bond.

Remember what Rep. Roger Rivard said about his dad,

“He also told me one thing, ‘If you do (have premarital sex), just remember, consensual sex can turn into rape in an awful hurry,’ ” Rivard said. “Because all of a sudden a young lady gets pregnant and the parents are madder than a wet hen and she’s not going to say, ‘Oh, yeah, I was part of the program.’ All that she has to say or the parents have to say is it was rape because she’s underage. And he just said, ‘Remember, Roger, if you go down that road, some girls,’ he said, ‘they rape so easy.’

“What the whole genesis of it was, it was advice to me, telling me, ‘If you’re going to go down that road, you may have consensual sex that night and then the next morning it may be rape.’ So the way he said it was, ‘Just remember, Roger, some girls, they rape so easy. It may be rape the next morning.’

It’s heffas like this that make real rape victims look bad…

Extreme Couponer Attacked By Store Manager

A store manager in Tennessee is in hiding tonight…

Meet Missy Monzo-Marte,

She’s pictured below sporting a burst blood vessel in the eye and a split lip.

Monzo-Marte claims the staffer at Dollar Tree in Germantown chased her out of the store after saying she wouldn’t deal with her ‘wad of coupons.’

‘She hit me in the eye and hit me in the lip,’said Ms Monzo-Marte who caught the bizarre attack on camera.

‘The manager just came running and attacked her,’ the woman’s friend, Jennifer Hill, told WMC-TV. 

The pair, who are members of the DeSoto COunty Coupon Club, taped the altercation after having a similar run in last week with the manager, Shauna Shipman, last week. 

‘The only purpose for hitting record was so when Dollar Tree called me back I had proof of how we were treated in the store,’ Ms Hill said.

On the video, Ms Shipman can be heard speaking quite firm to the women.

‘Sorry I can’t accept that wad of coupons,’ she explains.

When one of the couponers asked for a reason, she flips out and curtly says, ‘I cannot now, you can leave the building or I can call Germantown police.’

Ms Shipman is then shown chasing after Ms Monzo-Marte as she tries to leave the store.

After the friends took the footage to the local police station, Ms Shipman was cited with misdemeanor assault.

Man Admits To Murder On Deathbed, Then Lives

Meet James Washington from Nashville, Tennessee.

Mr Washington made a deathbed confession that linked him to a cold case murder from 1995. This was to be a last ditch effort for absolution, but he survived.

Mr Washington was having a heart attack when he called a police officer over to his hospital bed in 2009.

While he hoped to clear his conscious, what he got instead was a medical miracle. And now, a murder charge. 

 Washington had long been linked to the murder of Joyce Goodener, who was found stabbed in the neck, beaten to death with a cinderblock and set on fire in an abandoned Nashville, Tennessee house.

A lack of sufficient evidence- most significantly there were no DNA samples- kept the police from arresting anyone over the past 17 years. 

‘I didn’t have any trust in the system,’ Ms Goodener’s daughter Sonya Kimbrell told local station WSMV.

‘All of a sudden, I got this phone call and they said, “We think we found him.”‘

At the time of his 2009 heart attack, Washington was in jail for a different crime, so when he was escorted to the hospital with the severe chest pains, there was a police officer nearby.

‘He kind of got as best as he could, motioned, and said “I have something to tell you. I have  to get something off my conscience and you need to hear this,”‘ said transport guard James Tomlinson.

‘He said “I killed somebody. I beat her to death,”‘ Mr Tomlinson added.

With that weight lifted off his conscience but added on to his rap sheet, Washington proceeded to live through the heart attack and was sentenced to life in prison.

Even though he tried to take back the confession in the wake of the hospital stay, he was found guilty in court and now faces up to 51 years behind bars.

Kindergarten Teacher Suspended For Commenting About Students On Facebook

Meet Tamika Gatewood.

Gatewood is a kindergarten teacher from Rainshaven Elementary in Memphis, Tennessee.

Gatewood was suspended after she repeatedly insulted her students via Facebook.

Parents were shocked to see posts from Gatewood, accusing her students of having nappy hair and dirty clothes.

She wrote about breaking up a fight involving two children who had accused another of uncleanliness: ‘How bout I blasted both of them.

‘The girl in my class hair is nappy almost every day and the boy wears dirty clothes, face nasty and can’t even read. They didn’t bother nobody else when I got through with them.’

Another aggressive post is apparently a threat against students’ parents, saying: ‘If another parent tell me it’s my job to teach their children, it’s gonna be po po [i.e. police] time.’

The message concludes: ‘All I gotta say is Father God, forgive them for they should not have conceived.’

Gatewood also hinted at violent tendencies in a message discussing the saying ‘turn the other cheek’.

‘What do you think you’re supposed to do?’, she wrote. ‘Bang! Bang! Shoot ’em up dammit! Just kidding!! For real tho – slap their ass back then bang! Bang! Shoot ’em up dammit.’

Memphis school officials do not routinely monitor teachers’ online activities, and were alerted to Gatewood’s posts only after WMC-TV unearthed them.

School board commissioner Kenneth Whalum slammed authorities for their slow response to the scandal, saying, ‘It’s a much bigger issue than Facebook. It’s a much bigger issue than a teacher saying a kid has nappy hair.’

Administrators released a statement saying: ‘We take this very seriously. When made aware of inappropriate online posts, once the person is identified as an MCS employee, swift appropriate action is taken according to board policy and law.’

Local parents were unanimous in saying that Gatewood ought to lose her job over the controversial Facebook posts.

This is not the first time Gatewood has faced disciplinary action over her behavior in school. 10 years ago, the principal of the school where she was employed as a clerical worker sent a letter pleading, ‘How many times does a person have to be insubordinate before action is taken?’

Gatewood has refused to comment on her suspension, and has since deleted her Facebook page.

How could a teacher think like this of her children?

Children Awaken To Find Parents Dead In Apparent Murder-Suicide

Two young children in Tennessee woke up to find their parents shot to death in their bed at home on Saturday morning in what is believed to be a murder-suicide.

The deceased Guyanese couple, Adytia Ramotar, 37 and Sharon Forbes, 35 were found by their 8-year-old son after Mr Ramotar who shot his ex-wife before turning the gun on himself,police believe.

According to a neighbor, the boy came to his doorstep at around 6.40am holding the weapon and explaining that his parents were both dead.

Smyrna Police Chief Kevin Arnold stated that the fatal shooting happened as the 8-year-old, his 6-year-old sibling and the couple’s 2-year-old nephew slept in the Rosemont community home on Bolton Drive.

He explained: ‘We’ve learned so far that Mr. Ramotar and Ms. Forbes were married at one point, they divorced and they were most recently in the process of reconciling.

‘We know at this point that this event was preceded by some domestic issues.’

He added: ‘Our investigation so far reveals the children did not witness the violent act in the home.’

After arriving on the scene early Saturday morning, police secured the firearm from the neighbour and began their investigation into what might have triggered the tragic climax between the two Guyanese U.S. citizens.

One neighbour, Kevin Beard, told News Channel 5 that he saw Mr Ramotar with his children on Friday and everything had seemed normal.

‘[He] actually asked me can I move my car up a little bit because it was in the way of his truck,’ Mr Beard recalled. ‘They seemed all happy and everything, him and the kids.’

But most neighbours preferred to remain anonymous. The couple had only moved into the house two months prior and little was known about them.

One Bolton Drive resident did confess to hearing a popping sound at around 6am that he thought might be someone doing some DIY around the home. His daughter had also heard the noise and come into his room, upset. 

Mr Beard lamented further: ‘It’s kind of sad actually and unexpected. To see somebody and talk to them and the next thing you know they’re gone.  And to see their kids and not know who’s going to watch them or who’s going to be there for them.’

At this time, the children remain under the supervision of the Department of Child Services while they determine the most suitable family member with whom to place them

It’s so sad that this happened…
