Meet 29 year old, Brian McGhee of Tampa, Florida…

On July 23rd, around 8:00pm, McGhee pulled up to an apartment complex located on Del Lago Circle, the residence of his ex-girlfriend, 25 year old, Bianca McGaughey.

Residents of the apartment complex stated that as McGaughey walked up to McGhee, he began to stab her. He stabbed multiple times in the torso and neck and left her lying on the sidewalk. She died at the scene as a result of her injuries.

About 30 minutes after the stabbing was reported, McGhee updated the profile picture on his Facebook page of a cut arm with a bloody wound. Friends and family left messages for him to contact them and to do the right thing.

Investigators stated that McGhee and McGaughey had previously dated, but had stopped seeing each other a year ago.  McGhee, however, had continued contact McGaughey.

McGhee was a large man. He stood  6’9, and weighed in at 275lbs.

McGhee began to wrestle professionally around 2006. He was known in the ring as DT Porter and DT Ruddick. McGhee was a developmental wrestler with World Wrestling Entertainment from 2010 to 2012, and  also managed a pawn shop and a clothing store, both in St. Louis, according to  his Facebook page.

A description of McGhee on his archived wrestling  website states, ‘Once the oppressed, DT is the one now doing the  enforcing. Determined to take out all of his childhood pain and torment out on  the bodies of his opposition, DT lacks mercy, and will deliver great anger and  furious vengeance on any who stand in his way.’

You can only imagine what McGaughey last moments were like.

The residents called police as McGhee fled the scene.

McGhee’s vehicle was spotted in Tampa and a pursuit involving Hillsborough deputies, the Florida Highway Patrol and Tampa Police Department ended near Interstate 75 and  County Road 41 in Pasco County where the suspect’s vehicle crashed.

McGhee was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa for treatment of injuries from the crash and apprehended after a short chase by a police dog.

McGhee has been booked into the Land O’Lakes Detention Center. He will be transported back to the Hillsborough County Jail at a later date. He will be charged with first-degree murder, said Pascal deputies.

It is not clear which body part is in the picture,  but multiple reports are saying it is an arm. It is also not clear if it is  McGhee or McGaughey is shown in the picture.

The picture’s posting caused confusion and  concern among those that know McGhee, with some people urging him to contact  them and others wanting to know what was happening.

Both McGhee and McGaughey are  originally from St. Louis, MO, based on their Facebook pages, it is unclear if  the two knew met in Florida or knew each other from back home.

Ok…

This story should be seen as a lesson to anyone that has ever asked themselves the question, ‘Can I remain friends with my ex after the breakup?’

My advice is this, only YOU know how crazy your ex is.

Give it some time, because if they were infatuated with you, it’ll take them some time to get you out of the system.

Never let your ex know about your personal life after them. Friends are not concerned about your personal life, only you.

And if you are in a relationship and you think that your current love is a tad bit off, get out of the relationship…

Florida Man Strangles, Cuts Up, Then Cooks The Family Dog Before Eating It

What’s in the water down there in Florida?

Meet 25 year-old, Thomas Elliot Huggins, of Tampa, Florida.

Hungry enough to eat a dog…And did…

On Thursday, June 27th, in his mother’s home on Astor Avenue North, Huggins strangled the family’s pit bull terrier mix, named Bandit, to death.

But that’s not ALL he did, according to the police reports, Huggins then proceeded to quarter Bandit off into more manageable parts.

After seasoning Bandit’s ribs and putting them on the stove to boil, he then proceeded to throw Bandit’s head in the trash. He placed the rest of the pet in freezer bags and  stored her in the freezer ‘for future meals’.

When Huggins’ mother got home from work, she noticed the ribs boiling on the stove.

After seeing Bandit’s head on the trash, she asked her son what happened.

He told her that he strangled the dog with his bear hands as was cooking the pet for a meal.

Upon hearing her son’s story, she called the cops and turned him in.

Neighbor Nickola Davis said Huggins did not need to kill his dog for food.

“I’ve been to the food pantry, and the mother, I’ve seen her at the food pantry,” Davis said. “So I know they didn’t have to do that for food.”

Authorities charged Huggins with felony cruelty to animals. His bond is set at $2,000 according to arrest records.

There are days I’ve felt hunger so strong that I would’ve considered eating a dog…

But to actually do it?!

Meet Angela Petrov, 21 of the Rogers Park neighborhood, in Cook County Chicago, Illinois.

This fleshy sack of fluid is accused of not being able to control the needs of her groin long enough to be a nurturing parent for at least an hour.

On April 11th, Petrov and the baby’s father Rodrigo Rodriguez were drinking Hennessy in their West Rogers Park apartment on Thursday night  while Angelina was sleeping.

As Rodriguez gazed into Petrov’s eyes, lust began to encase his being.

He moved over to caress and hold Petrov, five-month-old Angelina Rodriguez began to cry from another room.

Petrov first tried quieting Baby Angelina with a bottle.

Baby Angelina didn’t settle down, which is when Rodriguez took her from her mother and put his  hand over the baby’s mouth until she stopped crying.

He did this numerous times as Baby Angelina continued  to sob and gasp for air. Petrov just sat in the room and watched Rodriguez.

It was  third time that Rodriguez covered his daughter’s mouth, the baby went limp.

After smothering the baby unconscious, the couple then put the  girl in her playpen, had sex and went to sleep.

At around 7 a.m., Petrov woke up to get an older  child ready for school and then went back to sleep.

There are three children in the home, two of  which were fathered by Rodriquez.

At about 11 a.m., Rodriquez and Petrov got up  and noticed the baby was ‘stiff and unresponsive’ in the playpen.

The couple tried throwing water on the baby’s  face to wake her and performed CPR before Petrov called 911.

The Daily Mail reports:

Angelina was taken Saint Francis Hospital and  then transferred to Lurie Children’s Hospital, where she is on life support.

Doctors say the baby suffered brain  swelling  and a ‘blown pupil’ due to a lack of oxygen and she currently  has limited or no  brain activity, Buck said.

Doctors also noted that the baby had a skull  fracture from a previous incident, prosecutors said. Rodriguez  and Petrov were arrested late on Friday.

Illinois Department of Children and Family  Services spokesman Dave Clarkin said  the agency is investigating both Rodriguez  and Petrov for neglect and  abuse. The couple’s other children have been placed  with a family  member, Clarkin said.

Rodriguez and Petrov were already under  investigation for allegations of abuse involving another child on January 29,  Clarkin said. That probe is still pending.

Rodriguez’s mother, Crucita Rivera, insisted  her son, who she said has bipolar disorder, ‘would never smother a child.’  Rivera, 56, said she had previously offered to take care of the couple’s three  children.

Buck said Rodriguez eventually admitted to  officers that he put his hand over his daughter’s mouth repeatedly and Petrov  allegedly told police that she sat in a chair and watched him do it.

Cook County Judge James Brown ordered both  parents held in lieu of $5 million bail on Sunday.

Like a said…Calling her a bitch isn’t even a word that would suffice..Because even dogs would give their lives for their young…

I pray that Baby Angelina is a tough baby and pulls through this in good health…

Homeless Man Sets 63 Year Old Man Ablaze For Refusing To Extend Charity

Imagine this if you will…

You are leaving a convenience store…

A homeless man/woman asks you if you have a couple of dollars to spare…

You have just spent your last dollar and you tell him, ‘I’m sorry but I can’t’…

You turn your back and *poof*, you’re on fire…

Well that’s what happened to a 63 year-old Long Beach, California resident Friday night…

Meet 38 year-old A**hole of the Week, Raymond Sean Clark, also of Long Beach, California.

Around 5:08pm April his local transient was panhandling at the local 7-Eleven on the 5100 block Pacific Coast Highway and Clark Avenue in Long Beach.

At the same time, 63 year-old Jerry Arnold Payne, who lived a few blocks away on Anaheim Place, often frequented the store and was known to help out the homeless, was leaving the 7-Eleven.

As Payne walked pass the Clark, the transient asked the 63 year-old for some spare change. The 63 year-old told Clark he couldn’t spare any change and proceeded to get into his SUV.

Apparently Clark saw this as some form of disrespect, because Clark proceeded to enforce his own form of ‘street’ justice by throwing a flammable liquid into the SUV and set it aflame.

Shocked, Payne leapt from the SUV as bystanders ran to help douse the flames.

NBC Bay Area reports this:

After running from the 7-11 near Pacific Coast Highway, a 39-year-old man known by many in the area to be homeless was arrested in connection with the attack.

Witnesses used fire extinguishers and water bottles to help extinguish the flames, which consumed the victim as he stumbled from the SUV.

A white sedan was parked next to the SUV. The driver of that car was inside the 7-11 getting a cup of coffee when his car also caught fire.

Steve Cox said he gave spare change to the alleged attacker minutes before the fire.

“He didn’t seem like he was going to harm anybody. He wasn’t very aggressive or anything. I mean, asking for change, he seemed like a nice guy,” Cox said. “I’m really surprised about what happened. It’s outrageous.”

Outrageous doesn’t even begin to describe this one!

This is one of those times that I wish that the US had an ‘Eye for an Eye’ justice system…

With so much evil happening in  the world, we can’t afford to be scared of the homeless too!

Payne is currently being treated at Torrance Memorial Hospital, which specializes in treating burn patients. His condition is described as critical.

Clark is being held on a $502,200 bail under charges of attempted murder and two misdemeanor failure to appear warrants.

In New York City, New York, many Orthodox Jews are observing this practice…

And many babies are beginning to suffer because of it…

The ultra-Orthodox practice of metzitzah b’peh requires a practitioner to orally suck the baby’s penis to ‘cleanse’ the open wound following its circumcision.

This practice has left two infants infected with a  deadly herpes virus in the last three months after undergoing a controversial  religious oral circumcision in New York City.

The latest cases bring the count to 13  infants since 2000, two of which suffered brain damage and two died from the  virus which can rapidly spread throughout its body.

ABC News reports:

One of the two infected babies developed a fever and lesion on its scrotum seven days after the circumcision, and tests for HSV-1 were positive, according to the health department.

The health department had issued alerts about the two latest cases — on in January and one in March — to urge all medical providers and laboratory staff to inquire about “direct oral suction” during a circumcision when evaluating newborn males for sepsis and to consider herpes.

“A herpes infection in a newborn baby has the risk of leading to severe illness and death,” said Varma. “The reason is that the baby doesn’t have the same fully developed immune system as an adult. Instead of staying in the genital area, it extends throughout different organs in the body.”

The practice seems unwarranted, risky, dangerous, and borders on pedophilia.

The more than 5,000-year-old religious practice of circumcision is performed during a Jewish religious ceremony known as the bris, which is observed by Jews of all denominations around the world.

But not all people of the Jewish faith practice this ritual.

The modern Jewish community uses a sterile aspiration device or pipette to clean the wound in a circumcision. About two-thirds of boys born in New York City’s Hasidic communities are circumcised in the oral suction manner, according to Rabbi David Zwiebel, executive vice president of Agudath Israel of America.

In 2003 and 2004, three babies, including a set of twins, were infected with Type 1 herpes; the cases were linked to circumcision, and one boy died. Another died in 2010. In the last decade, 13 babies in the city have contracted the virus, and two have had brain damage, according to health officials. All were circumcised by the metzitzah b’peh method.

Shots Fired…Literally! Rick Ross Wrecks Rolls Royce After Shots Fired

Well, well, well…

Here’s some interesting news.

It seems popular rapper Rick Ross was involved in an appearance assassination attempt.

Washington Post reports that Rick Ross and his companion, fashion designer Shateria L. Moragne-el, were leaving a studio in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida  around 5 a.m. this morning (January 28, 2013).

As they were driving, Ross and his companion heard gunshots being fired in their direction.

Upon hearing the gunshots, police say Rick Ross lost control of his silver Rolls Royce and crashed into an apartment building.

Ross nor his companion were hurt, and the Rolls wasn’t hit by  bullets either.

The police report uses Ross’s real name, William L. Roberts. Ross turned 37 years old Monday.

Authorities say unknown suspects fled before police arrived. TV news footage showed a bullet hole in the window of a nearby restaurant.

Father’s Negligence Causes Son’s Blindness

As a student, mother, and blogger, my days are certainly full of adventure.

Sometimes when I take a break from the day, I like to relax and read the national news.

Some stories are mundane…But some stories leaves me in a whirlwind of emotions, questions, and increased fear.

But then there are those stories that make you want to scream.

Like this one.

Meet Reeco Dudley, 26, of Harlem, New York.

This young, aspiring rapper of a group called ‘The Gents’, and father of a six week-old baby, is now in the custody of New York officials, charged with reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was charged Thursday and he was held on $50,000 bail Friday.

But I’m getting ahead of myself.

Let’s start from the beginning…

On Saturday, December 1st of 2012, Recco was bathing his son Royalty, getting him ready for bed.

After bathing him, Recco claims that somehow Baby Royalty slipped from his grasp and fell.

During the fall, Baby Royalty’s head became lodged between the bed, crib, and wall.

For three days, Baby Royalty cried in pain.

But no one could’ve guessed how MUCH pain Baby Royalty was enduring.

On the third day, Recco finally took Baby Royalty to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, where doctors said Royalty was suffering from a fractured skull, bleeding in the brain, three fractured ribs and retinal hemorrhaging — an injury that left the boy permanently blind.

According to family members, Baby Royalty is still in the hospital today.

The Daily News reports:

Dudley’s family said the father of two would never hurt his child. Cousin Roger Rawson said he was stunned by the allegations.

“This is all based on a statement that he made that maybe he dropped the baby,” said Rawson, holding up a picture of Dudley and Royalty taken at the hospital two weeks ago. “Why would they let him hold and kiss his child if he had done this?”

1) What type of fall could cause injuries such as these? (a fractured skull, bleeding in the brain, three fractured ribs and retinal hemorrhaging)

2) Where is Baby Royalty’s mother?

3) Wouldn’t a baby that falls and have these types of injuries cause alarm?

4) Who would let their baby cry continuously for one day, let alone three days?

5) Who will get custody of Baby Royalty?

Male Nurse Arrested For Having Sex With Corpse

Here’s a story that’ll make you really re-think hospital stays altogether.

There’s a male nurse who works at Sherman Oaks Hospital that got caught slow stroking having sex someone’s deceased relative.

A male nurse has been accused of committing a sex act on a corpse at Sherman Oaks Hospital

A 61 year-old male nurse named Alejandro Lazo was caught by security guards, in the act, at the Sherman Oaks Hospital, Sunday night.

He is free on $20,000 bail and is due in court on Feb. 11, according to online records.

The L.A. County coroner will perform an autopsy on the body, police said. The findings could determine if more charges will be filed.

The coroner’s office declined further comment on the case, citing a security hold.

Mr Lazo has a wife and two children.

Rapper Lupe Fiasco Dragged Off Stage For Causing A Fiasco

Last night (Sunday), Fiasco was performing for a crowd of fans at The Hamilton, which is located one block from the White House, as they celebrated the inauguration of President Obama.

Everything was going quite well until….Fiasco decided to perform his 2011 song, ‘Words I Never Said’.

As he rapped, ‘I really think the war on terror is a bunch of bull***t, just a poor excuse for you to use up all your bullets… Rush Limbaugh is a racist, Glenn Beck is a racist, Gaza Strip was getting bombed, Obama didn’t say s**t. That’s why I ain’t vote for him, next one either, I’m a part of the problem, my problem is I’m peaceful and I believe in the people’, Fiasco’s microphone was cut and a handful of security personnel surrounded him on stage.

Security asking Fiasco to perform another song…Or leave.

He was reportedly asked to move on to the next song, but being the rebellious rapper he’s known to be, he refused.

This is when he was asked to leave.

But to be honest, I like it…

It’s better than the recent songs about ‘big booty bitches’ for ones birthday…

He speaks a lot of unspoken truths in the song, but many may see it as treason of some sort…

What I find odd about this story is this…

In a country where FOXNews is considered a ‘real’ news station because of our freedom of speech, why can’t Lupe Fiasco express his thoughts of HIS country?

Man Stabbed In Altercation Outside Georgia Dome After Falcons Lose To The 49ers

Seems like someone didn’t want to play nice tonight.

The NFC Championship Game came to a heart-breaking end for many Falcons fans tonight. (me included)

With a tight finish of 28-24, many Falcons fans left the stadium emotional, with hearts on their sleeves.

As the fans exited the Dome, a 35 year-old man rooting for the Falcons got into a verbal altercation with another man and two women pulling for the 49ers over the outcome of the NFC Game in the Silver Lot of the parking lot.

At some point, the argument turned violent and one of them cut the Falcons fan’s throat.

The victim was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital and was last reported to be stable.

Police could not say if any of those involved in the fight actually attended the game.

Georgia World Congress Center Authority Police Department says they are working with the Atlanta Police Department to investigate the incident.
